    We operate a standard one hour delivery window. During busy peak times this many be longer. If your delivery will take longer than expected a member of the team will call or SMS you with an up todate Estimated Time Of Arrival. When the delivery arrives, please have your mobile phone with you so the delivery driver can contact you should they need directions.

    We operate a no ring door bell policy as its late at night and incase the bells are wrongly labeled we would not like to wake up your neighbour.

    If you miss your delivery slot for failure to open your door or answer the telephone your order will go back into the queue again and you will have to wait your turn.

    NOTE: If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order within the delivery time slot.
